AARK™ 2.0

What's New for Your Work

Release dateOctober 3, 2026
About this update

Your office keeps spreadsheets and charts to make decisions your accounting and reporting systems do not support. AARK™ 2.0 can now build them from a plain request, and read the ones you already have. Examples follow, then the other improvements to AARK.

Update 2 of 4

Works Longer, Without Losing the Thread

These changes affect work that runs long or involves a large amount of data.

Long tasks

Long-Running Work Now Finishes Cleanly

When you ask AARK to complete a longer task (generating a file, working through an extended review), that work now runs smoothly all the way to completion, rather than risking an interruption partway through.

Long conversations

Know exactly what to do when a conversation reaches its limit

If a conversation grows long enough to reach its limit, AARK now tells you what to do next.

Very large families

Work smoothly with families that have decades of records

For families with thousands of records across many years, AARK now handles the full scope of that complexity smoothly and consistently, without interruption.

Whether a family’s affairs are simple or layered across many generations and entities, the people and systems supporting it should be able to hold the whole picture without strain.

Update 3 of 4

Remembers So You Don't Have To

These changes reduce how much you need to repeat, re-enter, or recall exactly.

Keep a document conversation going past the first question

When you use the Summarize or Ask a Question buttons on a document, you can now continue that conversation with any follow-up question, not just the one you started with.

Get faster answers on documents AARK has already read

If you return to a document AARK has already read earlier in a session, your follow-up questions about it are now answered more quickly.

Find a record from part of a name or the last few digits

You can now find a record by typing just part of a name, or just the last few digits of an account number. A complete or exact value is no longer necessary.

Get consistent answers to the same question

The standard that governs a given entity or asset is now recorded and reused consistently, so the same question about the same kind of record returns the same answer.

Update 4 of 4

More Careful, More Secure

These changes concern how AARK prepares to act, how it protects family data, and where responsibility sits.

Accuracy before acting

Get fewer mistakes and more accurate results

AARK now does a more thorough job gathering the relevant details before taking an action on your behalf, which shows up as fewer mistakes and more accurate results.

Sensitive information

Keep families’ sensitive information better protected

This update also strengthens the safeguards around your families’ data, including tighter controls over highly sensitive details such as Social Security numbers and dates of birth, added identity verification before a password can be changed, and firmer separation of each family’s information within its own workspace. We’re glad to walk through any of this in more detail on request.

AARK’s role

AARK Still Works Through You, Not Around You

None of these improvements change AARK’s basic role. AARK does not act on its own.

Every action that would modify a family’s records is proposed by AARK and confirmed by you before it takes effect.

AARK is built to make your work faster and more accurate; the judgment and the responsibility remain yours.

Is there a spreadsheet or chart that takes more of your office’s time than it should?

We would be glad to look at it with you and show what AARK 2.0 can do with it. You decide what happens next.
