A: Dropbox Sign integration allows you to send documents for signature directly within iPaladin’s Tasks and Compliances, streamlining the signing process and keeping everything organized.
A: Edit your task or compliance, select Dropbox Sign from the step type dropdown, and save. Attach your PDF, and click ‘Send for Signature.’
A: Only PDF documents can be used with Dropbox Sign within iPaladin.
A: If you select the “retain unsigned” option, the unsigned version is kept and marked. If you choose “delete unsigned,” the unsigned document is automatically replaced by the signed version.
